As of 29th August 2025, we’ve had to make one of the hardest decisions imaginable — to close the doors of our beloved business. This hasn’t come lightly, and it’s the result of many difficult factors, especially the rising cost of living and business expenses that have made it impossible for us to continue.

We are truly heartbroken. This journey has meant the world to us, and we deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank every single client who trusted us with their precious pups since we opened in April. Your support has meant everything.

To our incredible families — thank you for standing by us through the excitement of launching and the heartbreak of letting go.

Most of all, we want to express our deepest gratitude to our amazing Waggy Tails team: Julie Coombes, Loretta Bricknell and Shirl Scott. Your dedication, compassion, and genuine love for every dog that walked through our doors has been nothing short of inspiring. You treated them like your own, and we will never forget that.

Though this chapter is closing, we carry forward the memories, the wagging tails, and the joy we’ve shared. Thank you for being part of our journey. We wish you all the very best for the future.
